All information contained in the High Velocity Trading website is compiled for the convenience and use of the site’s visitors and subscribers. It is provided without responsibility for its accuracy. Any site visitor or subscriber having access to information contained within this website is under the strict condition that any errors or omissions shall not provide the basis of any claim, demand, or cause of action against High Velocity Trading or anyone affiliated therewith.

Trade Signals

Performance relied upon by High Velocity Trading is intended solely for educational and demonstration purposes only. Certain aspects of High Velocity Trading results are based upon hypothetical trading performance information, performed on a simulated account without any consideration for commissions or slippage. And with respect to such performance, please note the following:

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations, unlike an actual performance record. Simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not actually been executed, results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of market factors, such as liquidity. Simulated programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will achieve profits or losses like those shown.

Trading Signal services on Futures, Stocks, Forex, and Options contracts are speculative, and no guarantee is given that past, present, or future signals will provide profits to traders. Participation

Subscription Agreement

Subscribers to the High Velocity Trading website agree to pay a monthly fee in accordance with the Terms of Use. No registered subscriber may copy, sell, reproduce, transmit or publicly display any information or materials related to High Velocity Trading.

Subscriptions are solely for the fee payer and may not be transferred or shared. The subscriber will be liable for any third-party access facilitated by the subscriber.

Purchases & Refunds

High Velocity Trading offers digital products and fee-based memberships. All sales are final. No refunds or credits are offered for any reason, including failure to cancel prior to renewal.

By purchasing subscription services, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation according to these Terms. Failure of payment will result in termination of access.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time by emailing:

Cancellation requests must receive confirmation. Telephone or other forms of communication will not be accepted. Upon cancellation, access will be removed and content forfeited. No data can be recovered after cancellation.

Educational Services & Refunds

Purchase of educational services or subscriptions grants access to proprietary content. No refunds will be granted once access is provided, in whole or in part.

Termination

High Velocity Trading reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for violation of Terms or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued.

Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves significant risk. You may lose more than your initial investment. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. No representation is being made regarding future performance.

Risk Disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. 

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure
